Daily Report 30/3

Front Desk Operation
- Receives NB repair jobs
- Fill in Service Form (3 copies / 1 for customer)
- Record customer details/ NB specs/ NB serial/ damages&scratches
- Check receipt/serial for NB warrenty
- NO repair works to be done at front desk || always bring into back office
- Enquire technicians for estimate delivery times

Delivery of fixed notebook
- Record in/out phone calls details in Database
- Require Service Form from customer for delivery
- Demonstrate to customer the NB is fixed.
- Give out 'gift' to customer on delivery
